Fruit: medium sized (weight: 30 grams), round, sometimes elongated. The skin is yellow covered with a red-maroon dust. The flesh is yellow, acid-sweet, juicy, tasty. The stone doesn’t fall away easily from the flesh.

SHIRO
Characteristics: a very tasty dessert variety from California, the USA. Shiro in Japanese means ‘white’, it is one of the most reliable and tastiest varieties of Japanese plums. It is characterised by a high resistance to frost and low susceptibility to plum diseases and tolerance to plum pox (sharka). It is easy to grow, it starts to bear fruit early (3 years after planting) and it fruits regularly and abundantly.
Fruit: medium sized (weight: 35 – 40 grams), heart-shaped, symmetrical. The skin is yellow, almost luminous covered with a white dust. The flesh is yellow, acid-sweet, firm, juicy, aromatic, very tasty. Clingstone.

VANIER
Characteristics: a very tasty dessert variety from Canada. It is an extremely attractive plum due to its beautiful bright red skin and an exceptional taste. The tree starts to bear fruit 3 – 4 years after planting and it fruits regularly and abundantly.
Fruit: large (weight: 40 – 50 grams), round, symmetrical. The skin is yellow or orangey-yellow covered by a pink-red blush with a slight purple dust. The flesh is yellow, sweet, quite soft, juicy, aromatic, very tasty. Clingstone.

OZARK PREMIER
Characteristics: one of the tastiest Japanese plum varieties with very attractive large fruit. It is easy to grow, it starts to bear fruit very early and it fruits regularly every year and abundantly.
Fruit: large to extra large (weight: over 100 grams), round, sometimes elongated. The skin is yellow, fully covered by a bright red blush with pink-purplish dust. The flesh is yellow, firm, acid-sweet, juicy, very tasty. Semi freestone.
