Characteristics: one of the best quality early-season variety which originated from Sweden. It is delicious eaten fresh but it is also suitable for culinary purposes. Herman is quite resistant to plum pox. The tree starts to bear fruit early and moderately.
Fruit: medium-sized (weight: 30-35 grams), oval. The skin is dark maroon covered by an intensive violet-blue coating.The flesh is yellow, delicate, sweet with a hint of acidic flavour. The stone falls away easily from the flesh.

SILVIA

Fruit: large to extra large (weight: 50-60 grams), round or round-elongated. The skin is dark purple. The flesh is yellowish-green, very tasty, juicy. The stone falls away easily from the flesh.

Pollinators: probably self-fertile but produces more fruit in the presence of Cacanska Lepotica
OULLINS GOLDEN GAGE
Characteristics: a French variety which is believed to be one of the most delicious dessert plums, however, it is also ideal for all kinds of preserves (jam, juice, dried plums, plum brandy- slivovitz). It is resistant to most of the plum diseases.
Fruit: large to extra large (weight: 40-50 grams). The skin is golden-yellow covered by a white coating. The flesh is golden-yellow, soft, jelly-like, aromatic, exceptionally tasty, the stone falls away easily from the flesh only when it is fully ripe.
